Eric Cyphers began his career as a junior producer on two iconic HBO series: Sex and the City and The Comeback starring Lisa Kudrow. He went on to co-produce the two Sex and the City feature films and write the American adaptation of the German film Men for Warner Brothers Pictures and Tom Cruise.

He wrote and directed the pilot Redesigning Your Life with Lainey Chase for Fox which won the New York Television Festival Critics' Award for Best Pilot. His pilot The Freedom News Network was a finalist in Showtime's Tony Cox Screenplay Competition.

He began working in docuseries TV when he co-created the BBC/Oxygen series The Next Big Thing about working Broadway kid actors and the loving performance coach who screamed at them.

Since then, he's produced more than 200 hours of TV for Amazon, A+E, BET, Bravo, Lifetime and VH1.
